Plan, organize, and train employees in Quality Assurance
process improvement, as well as direct countermeasures to
eliminate problems when they occur. To accomplish this, the
Quality Assurance Manager shall be authorized to stop production
when defects occur or are anticipated, and to insure that the
cause of those defects is eliminated.

Perform self surveys and self audits periodically.
